Who we are
TellBudget is run by the TellBudget owner. Contact us at test@test.com about anything in this policy.
What we store
Your account (name and login), the amounts, dates, categories and notes you enter, your monthly plan, currency and settings. If you keep a voice entry, we store only the final text, never the audio. Uploaded bank statements are deleted after processing, within 24 hours.
What we never collect
No bank logins, no email inbox access, no contacts and no location. We have no ads, no third-party trackers and we never sell data.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored in the EU. Each account can only read its own data, enforced in the database.
AI and voice
Text or audio you send to be understood is processed by an AI or speech service only to turn it into an entry. It is not used to train models where the provider allows this choice.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can download all your data (JSON and CSV) and delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting removes all rows and files for good.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and remember your language. No tracking cookies, so no cookie banner.
